I will be participating in apexart's exhibition “Thanks: Returning the Favor.” Please come to the opening reception on November 29th, 2006 6-8pm, I’ll be there!

This exhibition invited 10 artists to produce original works of art, which will be forward to 10 philanthropists at the conclusion of the exhibition. Philanthropy in the arts is an interesting and important topic for critique, and it is our intention that this exhibition will create a platform for thought and dialogue on the matter. The selected recipients of the works of art include: Peter Norton, Agnes Gund, Eli Broad, Ronald Lauder, Leonard Lauder, Donald Marron, Francis Greenburger, Richard Rockefeller, March Avery Cavanaugh and Michael Bloomberg. Artists will be randomly matched to one of these individuals on the evening of the exhibition's opening.

A catalog featuring essays and reproductions of artworks was produced to coincide with this exhibition.

The art work I showed can be seen here: Happy Meals
