Information:

In 1998, I was invited to participate in the exhibit “Don’t Play With Your Food!” at Ridge Street Gallery, in New York City. The exhibit had a specific requirement. All art work must be food themed. Either depict food, be about food, contain food, etc. I chose to just place beef fat in 10 mason jars and place the 10 jars on a shelf.
